At Trinity Episcopal Day School, two levels of French are offered. Both are taught by Jean Claude Coullerez. Each year the French I and II classes take a field trip the the Indian Village and to Lafayette, Louisiana to learn more about the French culture.
Throughout the first year of French, the students learn the basic language and grammar of the French language. The students also learn a few French songs well enough to perform them. During the second year, the students are taught to speak more complex in the language. They learn how to have actual conversations and understand more about the language and the culture.
