Financial
Aid
Financial aid is available for students duly enrolled
for the upcoming school year. Applications
are available in the high school office. Requirements
for applying for financial aid are:
1.
student(s)
must be duly registered for the school year for which the application is for
2.
application
must be accompanied by a copy of all W-2’s
3.
application
must be accompanied by a complete copy of the filed 1040 IRS form
4.
application
must be made by May 1
Financial
aid is a need-based grant and is credited to your tuition account by semesters.
Example: Grant is for $500 - $250 will be applied to tuition account first and
second semesters. Financial aid may
not be used as payment for registration or use fee. All information provided will be held in the strictest
confidence.
Discounts
Tuition discount policy is 50% reduction for third and above in the same
household. This discount does not
apply to registration or use fee.
Registration Fee
Registration fee is $150.00, is payable each year, and is
non-refundable. The
registration fee increases by $25.00
for each month after April 1 for currently enrolled students.
Registration fee must be accompanied by enrollment contract.
Use Fee
Use
Fee is $150.00 and is payable each year. The
use fee is used for maintenance of buildings and grounds.
TUITION
Tuition rates
for 2003-04 school year are as follows:
Pre-Nursery (3 yr. old) and Nursery (4 yr. old)-1/2 day

Pre-Nursery (3 yr. old) and Nursery (4 yr. old)-full day
$2,600
Kindergarten $3,000
Grades 1 – 4 $3,350
Grades 5-12 $3,650
Payment Plans are as follows:
Single Payment – total tuition plus Use Fee due by July 1
Two Payments – one half tuition plus Use Fee due by July 1
remaining half
tuition due by December 1
Twelve Payments – twelve post-dated checks, payable to Trinity
Episcopal School, beginning May 1 and ending April 1. May 1 check is $150 (Use
Fee), and the eleven checks, dated June 1 through April 1, will be tuition
divided by 11 plus $10 (monthly payment fee).
All post-dated checks are to be in the business office prior to May 1.
Past Due Accounts
Tuition accounts
are past due as per the schedule below:
Two payment plan
– October 1 and February 1
Twelve payment plan – Two months in arrears
No student will be allowed to take semester or final exams if tuition account is
in arrears. The school also
reserves the right to dismiss any student from school when the tuition account
for said student is in arrears.
Graduation Fees
Graduation fee is $65. This
fee is due by May 1.
Advance Placement Test Fees
Students taking advance placement courses will have to pay $80 to take
the advanced placement test. This
test is required for completion of the course. No student will be allowed to sit for the exam until payment has been
made.
Kindergarten Graduation Fees
Graduation fee is $25. This
fee is due by May 15.
